All entries will be time stamped to identify and create a balanced field of pros and co-anglers.  (This note added on 1-17-10)

Paying by check or cashiers check saves $19.50 on a $650 charge and $10.50 on a $350 charge. This helps keep our overall expenses down and increases money back into the payouts.

All tournament entry fees will be deposited into an LLC checking account established by The Sportsmen's Edge for this tournament. Each credit card transaction incurs a 3% fee with a maximum of total fee of $1000 on the LLC account. Your individual credit card is not being charged this 3% fee. (This note added for clarification on 1-22-10)

$50 from each entry is being set aside from this initial tournament to cover the credit card transaction fees, for any polygraph tests and any unforeseen expenses.

We are open to sponsors who would be interested in assisting with the expenses incurred related to the tournament including credit card transactions the polygraph tests and any unforeseen expenses.

If at the end of this tournament, we decide not to pursue the development of our own women's trail, all money held back from the entry fees not used to cover the credit card transactions, polygraph test and other expenses will be refunded immediately.
